This range covers everything from repairing a stripped gear or dead circuit board on your existing opener to installing a new unit, programmed to your remotes, keypad, and vehicles before we leave. Most opener jobs take about 60 minutes.

Cable & roller service: $169–$329

Snapped cables, worn or shattered rollers, and doors grinding in their tracks fall in this range. We replace the worn hardware, re-tension the system, and lubricate everything — about 50 minutes on site.

Panel & full door replacement: $399–$2,400

A single damaged panel can often be replaced and paint-matched without buying a whole new door — that's the low end of this range. The high end covers a complete new door, installed, sealed, and balanced. Depending on scope, plan for 2–4 hours.
